I always get confused when I've got to use the past tense. I don't always know when to use 'i changed' or 'i have changed'.

my english teacher always explained it like this.
i ate an apple --> you ate an apple a long time ago.
i have eaten an apple --> if there is still evidence that you have eaten it like you've still some apple pieces between your teeth or when you're still holding the core in your hands.

if you can still 'see' it there is something extra
so it is with 'have' (cause 'have' is extra;))

Doesn't care, you don't hear the diffrence between 'englisch' and 'english'. So I don't think we're gonna die as it'll stay this way.

Oh right, thanks!

In the third class of highschool I thought English was a very easy subject but now in the fourth class it's getting a lot more difficult. We are working with a stupid kind off magazine right now, it's called Alquin.

What class are you in?

i'm now in the 6th finally last year:D
i know the alquin thing the normal vwo class has (used) it too.
we already have for 3 years no books for english
and no grammar
only the first three years we had all the grammar and now nothing anymore:D
